Product Description
- The platform adopts an XYR stacked structure, direct-drive control using a coreless linear motor, and a cogging-free design, enabling smooth operation at low speeds with minimal speed variation. The DD single-section runout is less than 2 μm, while the overall planar runout of the platform after assembly is less than 10 μm. Full-stroke repeatability is less than ±1 μm, with positioning accuracy of less than ±2 μm. It is primarily used in automotive electronics, display testing (digital tubes, LCD screens, and LED displays), pharmaceuticals, food processing, and precision component manufacturing for applications such as measurement, counting, inspection, and intelligent judgment after products are moved to the designated position.
