Product Description
- The 7-axis LDI exposure system adopts coreless linear motors, direct-drive control, and a cogging-free design, enabling smooth operation at low speeds with minimal speed variation while delivering excellent dynamic performance, positioning accuracy, and repeatability. Equipped with non-contact, high-precision linear scales, the system provides high-precision position feedback, with full-stroke repeatability of less than ±1.5 μm and positioning accuracy of less than ±2.5 μm. It is typically operated in combination with a high-precision lifting axis (Z-axis) and other structural components. The system is primarily used in high-precision, high-efficiency industrial applications such as semiconductor production lines, microelectronics manufacturing, LCD displays, circuit board manufacturing, PCB production, and other precision applications.
