Product Description
- Featuring a servo ball screw drive, high-performance and cost-effective design, high-rigidity mechanical structure, flexible configuration options, linear scale and rotary encoder feedback options, and a power-off locking function with automatic self-locking capability. Driven by an AC brushless servo motor and lead screw, the platform can reach a maximum speed of 300 mm/s. The PS Series supports horizontal mounting as a linear axis, while an optional power-off self-locking brake configuration allows it to be used as a Z-axis platform. It can also be combined with the PM Series. The platform is suitable for applications in OLED cutting, PCB drilling, CNC machining, biotechnology, IC packaging, wafer inspection, and other industries.
