Product Description
- The high-precision air-floating direct-drive rotary table is directly driven by a rotary motor, delivering outstanding dynamic performance and positioning accuracy, as well as industry-leading axial, radial, and tilt error motion performance. It provides excellent absolute rotary positioning accuracy, repeatability, and load capacity, and can be easily integrated into multi-axis motion systems. Key features include a low-profile planar design, sub-arcsecond positioning accuracy, axial and radial runout of less than 250 nm, and a slotless, brushless servo direct-drive motor. The system minimizes axial, radial, and tilt motion errors while providing excellent positioning performance, speed stability, and high-resolution feedback. Non-contact air-floating bearings further enable ultra-precision motion performance. It is suitable for industrial and scientific research applications requiring arcsecond-level positioning accuracy, including measurement and testing, biological sample handling and observation, synchronous acceleration research, precision manufacturing, optical alignment, and system calibration.
