Product Description
- The platform adopts an XYZ nested structure, coreless direct-drive control, and a cogging-free design, enabling smooth operation at low speeds with minimal speed variation while delivering excellent dynamic performance, positioning accuracy, and repeatability. Equipped with non-contact, high-precision linear scales, it provides precise position feedback. The platform features smooth motion, stable force output, an XY stacked structure, a marble base for high stability, and a Z-axis direct-drive flat lifting mechanism that directly moves and lifts the load. An integrated balancing cylinder and a 10 mm travel further enhance its structural performance. As a high-precision three-axis motion table with a three-axis stacked structure, it is suitable for industrial applications requiring high precision and efficiency, including laser processing, optical manufacturing and inspection, and other precision applications.
