- Featuring an open-frame structure, an integrated XY direct-drive platform, and dual-motor drive on the lower axis, the platform delivers excellent dynamic performance, optimized geometric performance, and high load-bearing capacity. It is designed for large travel ranges, high precision, high load capacity, and a low-profile structure. The lower axis is driven by dual motors, while the maximum speed of both the upper and lower axes can reach 2,000 mm/s under no-load conditions. No-load acceleration can reach 2 g, with a 1 nm electronic resolution and a minimum step size of less than 20 nm. It is suitable for industrial and scientific research applications requiring nanoscale positioning accuracy, including measurement, wafer inspection, surface roughness inspection, laser cutting, and other precision applications.
