Product Description
- The Motorized XXY Axis Aluminum Alloy Platform Series is a three-axis parallel alignment mechanism developed by TOKK to meet the requirements of high-precision, high-frequency alignment, bonding, lamination, and other applications for workpieces on industrial production lines. The main body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a black anodized surface treatment, while the transmission components use high-precision ball screws and cross-roller guides, providing excellent wear resistance, high strength, and high load capacity. The series features an overall modular design with a compact structure and a small installation footprint. Depending on actual requirements, the center can be configured with a light opening or a through-hole-free design to meet either transmission or reflective alignment requirements. It is widely used in various automation equipment and applications, including panel bonding, solar photovoltaics, semiconductors, new-energy lithium batteries, wafer calibration, cutting and stacking, flexible circuit processing, PCB exposure, circuit board screen printing, and 3D surface bonding. With repeatable positioning accuracy at the micron level, the platform helps customers achieve precise alignment under a variety of operating conditions.
